The purpose of My Art Registry is to provide a forum for digital artists worldwide to share their artwork and to print official and unique certificates of authenticity. It provides a quick and safe way to record and update all individual sales. Each Certificate of Authenticity can be printed directly after registration.

Viewable Information
As a member of My Art Registry all of your registered artwork will be on display. As well as the total number of prints listed allowing guests to see which ones have been sold and which ones are still available. All registered artists can be contacted directly from the site via blind email. Return contact from the artist is entirely at the artist’s discretion.

Artists’ Personal Information
All registered artists’ personal information is protected from public view and is not sold to any third party.

How to Get Started…
The first things you will need to do are return to the home page and enter your details as a new customer. The hardest thing you will need to do is choose your own user ID.
Once you have entered your general information, your password will be emailed to you via secure server. This password is unique to you and will need to be entered along with your user ID every time you enter My Art Registry. You must re-enter the site via the Registered Users gateway. Here, you will be able to begin registering your art by simply tabbing between fields and entering relevant data. Have your certificate handy to reference the unique serial number etched on the hologram.

Can’t Find Your Media, Ink or Printer Type?
When entering your information, there are a number of media, ink and printer types that have been entered already for you to select from. Should you not find the details in the drop-down list that you are looking for, simply enter them into the field labeled “other” and they will be automatically added.
                                   
Where to find the Certificate of Authenticity Number
The unique certificate number is embedded in the hologram on the left hand side of the certificate. This is the number you need to enter as the certificate number! There is a separate matching hologram sticker with the same unique number for you to affix to the work of art itself.
